Miller Birch has completed the letting of a suite of offices within the popular Triangle development of the prestigious ng2 business park to ITV Broadcasting Ltd.
The company, which has relocated from just outside Nottingham, carried out thorough research for suitable premises and decided that the business park was the preferred location.
ITV was advised by its retained agents Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), who conducted a comprehensive search which resulted in the signing of a six year lease of 1,200 sq ft first floor accommodation, adjacent to the Bank of England.
Will Bradley of LSH said: “We are very pleased to have secured this property for our client as it meets so many of their requirements. I am confident they will be able to operate very effectively from the property over the coming years.”
The developer Miller Birch was represented by Innes England and Jones Lang LaSalle. Mark Bielby, managing director of Miller Birch, said: “I am delighted to have secured such a significant tenant which joins an already impressive line-up of tenants already represented on the development including Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce, The Bank of England, Zurich Insurance and Towry Law.”
Chris Sinclair of Innes England conducted the negotiations of behalf of Miller Birch, he said: “ITV had some exacting criteria which had to be met for their occupation, not least nigh quality space in a secure location which gives their news teams great access to the East Midlands region.”
Miller Birch now has just two units remaining for occupation within The Triangle comprising 2,000 sq ft and 3,605 sq ft and also have land ready to accommodate design and build opportunities.
