Leading UK business space and logistics specialist, Arlington has strengthened its team with the appointment of George Wilson and Tim Gardner.
George is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and after graduating from Oxford Brookes began his career working for Haslams Chartered Surveyors. George joins as a Development Surveyor focussed on bringing forward our plans for Reading International Logistics Park and Arlington Square Bracknell, as well as providing support at Uxbridge Business Park where major investment is driving transformational change to the park offer.
Tim, who joins as a Project Manager, graduated with a degree in Construction Management before pursuing a career in Quantity Surveying at Francis Construction Ltd. Here he gained experience working on a wide range of projects in the commercial, residential, educational and leisure sectors. Tim joins the delivery team to work on the capital investment programme, refurbishing and bringing amenity to the existing core portfolio, as well as building out the portfolio land bank.
