Law firm Ashfords LLP has welcomed new Partner, Andrew Perkins, to join its Commercial Litigation Team.
Andrew joins the firm from Kitsons LLP, where he spent the last 16 years as a commercial litigation specialist and was also the firm’s Joint Managing Partner for the last seven years.
Andrew, who specialises in commercial dispute resolution in particular relating to commercial contracts, franchising and partnerships, is widely recognised as one of the South West’s leading dispute lawyers and is noted in Chambers independent guide to the legal profession for his ‘commercial’ approach and his ability to create solutions to his clients’ problems. He said: “I am really pleased to be joining Ashfords and look forward to working with the firm’s Commercial Litigation Team, which is recognised for its expertise, depth of resources and practical commercial approach.”
