A seven-storey office building on Bonhill Street in Shoreditch, London, has secured law firm, Kingsley Napley LLP, as its principal tenant.
Kingsley Napley has taken a total of 51,344 sq ft at Twenty Bonhill across the ground floor, with its own entrance, and the first to fifth floors inclusive, leaving a remaining 21,711 sq ft available.
Developed by The Max Barney Estate, Twenty Bonhill provides 70,245 sq ft of accommodation over seven floors and facilities which include parking for 110 cycles, 10 showers and a roof terrace. Located close to Finsbury Square, between Old Street and Liverpool Street stations, the building is expected to be completed in September 2020.
James Neville, Partner, Allsop, said: “This pre-let at 20 Bonhill Street is part of a trend we’re seeing in prime locations with 73% of the development being let twelve months prior to completion. Twenty Bonhill’s location in Shoreditch in the heart of the Tech City and close to the City of London’s financial centre, combined with meticulous design and attention to detail, makes this an extremely appealing building for tenants.”
Linda Woolley, Managing Partner of Kingsley Napley, said: “We are really excited at the prospect of our move to Twenty Bonhill Street after what will be 27 years in Clerkenwell. We have been able to influence many elements of the design, including layout, infrastructure and décor, which will allow us to work flexibly, productively and efficiently. Our new office will be one that we can be proud of and we look forward to hosting our current and future clients there.”
