Carl Ward has joined Sladen Estates’ senior team as the national developer’s new projects director, bringing with him more than 15 years’ experience in the industry.
Having worked across a variety of sectors – including logistics, education, healthcare, student accommodation and airports – Carl has experience leading large-scale capital construction projects across the UK.
Carl said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the Sladen Estates team. Having worked in operational roles on both the contractor and client side, I’m really looking forward to this new position giving me the opportunity to use my expertise to influence projects in the development environment.”
Carl will be responsible for providing a construction viewpoint when assessing development viability for new projects, and for the delivery of all on-site construction projects for Sladen Estates.
