Trebor Developments, in conjunction with their partner, Hillwood, have secured detailed planning consent for a new speculative industrial facility of 70,540 sq ft to be developed on a site acquired at Hortonwood West.
The scheme, marketed as “Ore 70” will commence on site shortly, with Trebor due to announce the successful contractor by the end of July. The facility will be available for occupation in Q2 2020, being built to Trebor’s normal high quality and delivered on a fast track basis.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor, commented, “The milestone of obtaining planning approval allows us to move forward with construction to deliver this project, the largest industrial speculative unit in Telford to be delivered in the last 10 years. We have already seen a large level of interest in the unit, which will be suitable for B2 manufacturing or B8 logistics uses and available on competitive terms”.
Trebor/Hillwood are represented by Bulleys, Telford and Wolverhampton offices, and Lambert Smith Hampton, Birmingham office.
