In response to a growing order book and identified future requirements in its Building Consultancy Business, CBRE has appointed Darren Haines as Senior Surveyor in the Southampton office.
Darren will be working with the existing team on current instructions whilst developing new business opportunities across the South Central Region. He previously worked in CBRE’s Manchester and London offices before spending [** months/years] working within the Property Management team in Thailand from where he has just returned.
Commenting on Darren’s appointment Jonathan Fairchild, Head of Building Consultancy said: “Darren’s energy and previous experience within the Regional business will be enormously beneficial in enabling him to quickly assimilate and help us as we continue to grow our business in the South Central Region. His appointment follows that of Phil Walster earlier in year as our Building Consultancy remit continues to expand across the region.”
Darren added: “I enjoyed my time abroad with CBRE and believe that I can bring new skills to this role now I am back in the UK. I’m looking forward to developing my career in this positive environment.”
