Johnathan Dudley, Midlands and South West Managing Partner and Head of Manufacturing at national audit, tax, advisory and risk firm, Crowe, has been appointed Chair of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) Manufacturing Community.
The ICAEW Manufacturing Community provides members with access to online knowledge resources including sector trends, forecasts, research, news, standards and regulation.
It also gives members access to expert advice from its technical inquiry service, and to sector-specific events and webinars.
On his appointment, Johnathan Dudley said: “The Manufacturing Community offers the most up-to-date developments and guidance in this sector.
“It is tailored for accounting and finance professionals in the manufacturing industry and helps them connect with others with an interest in the sector. It also provides information, insights, guidance and networking opportunities.
“I am very proud to have been asked to chair the Manufacturing Community and I look forward to meeting members at our regional round table forums, where we can share sector insights and best practice with peers.
“I can thoroughly recommend it to accounting and finance professionals, and I and my Advisory Group will be doing all we can to grow the audience and membership.”
The ICAEW has over 150,000 members, both in professional practice and working in industry.
