More commercial space is needed in Bromsgrove for businesses which are seeking to expand according to Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon.
The comments were made following GJS Dillon’s successful sale of a large detached warehouse in Stoke Prior in Bromsgrove.
Acting on behalf of a private investor, Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold BW House, Metal & Ores Industrial Estate, Hanbury Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, B60 4JZ. The detached warehouse measures 9,502 sq ft and is approximately two miles south of Bromsgrove town centre. The guide price for the warehouse was £775,000.
Mrs Green said: ‘Businesses in the neighbouring Saxon and Harris Business Parks have been performing exceptionally well. The usual size of units in these parks is in the 2,000 to 5,000 sq ft range and BW House offers the option for expanding businesses to increase to the next size bracket. This further promotes the need for space which is the ‘next level up’ for medium sized businesses in Bromsgrove’
‘Commercial property in Worcestershire remains highly sought after by business owners. With interest rates remaining low and banks willing to lend, this is a trend that look set to continue’
