Adjoining units on a new development at Amesbury’s Solstice Park have been let to a family-run flooring company.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated a new six-year lease on Units 21 and 22 The Bluestone Centre to J K Carpets and Flooring Ltd.
The units were for rent at a quoting price of £8,750 per annum each.
Myddelton & Major Surveyor Gary Mead said: “These new industrial/warehouse units form part of Phase 2 of the Bluestone Centre at Sun Rise Way, which forms part of the 160-acre mixed-use Solstice Park.
“They feature workshop/storage space, together with an additional mezzanine floor for storage or conversion to office use (subject to the necessary consent).
“J K Carpets and Flooring Ltd is a Wiltshire-based family-run business offering many years of experience in providing quality flooring.
“They join other major occupiers Home Bargains, Muller Wiseman, Lovibond and Animal Friends, along with Greggs (factory premises currently under construction).
The Bluestone Centre occupies an elevated position on the Business Park overlooking the Solstice Park Hotel and roadside services.
