A nationwide firm of consulting engineers, with five offices across the country, is to expand into Sheffield’s Meadowhall Business Park.
jnpgroup will move into 2,300 sq ft at ARBA Group’s recently refurbished multi-million pound business park later this year.
The new offices will allow the firm, which also has bases in Leamington Spa, Brighouse, Chesham and Hartlepool, to relocate from its current smaller Sheffield office at Meadowhall Riverside as part of growth plans.
jnp joins Tata Steel and Eaton Commercial Property Consultants to complete the line up in the 15,000 sq ft Block MBP2 on Carbrook Hall Road, leaving just 7,500 sq ft remaining on the whole 72,000 business park.

The company, which employs 15 people in Sheffield, was founded in 1980 as John Newton & Partners by John Newton & Alan Brackley and has grown to become jnpgroup Consulting Engineers Ltd offering design and consultancy solutions for the built environment.
Its services include civil engineering, consulting, flood risk, geo-environmental, green energy, rail, structural engineering and transport planning with the firm boasting high profile regional clients.
Other tenants at the popular 70,000 sq ft business park include Community, GMB Union, CapGemini, Tuffnells, NG Bailey, Auburn Ainsley Limited, Chique Photography, KitchenEx, Preventx, Wilford Smith and Galaxy Insulation and Dry Lining (Holdings) Limited.
Only suites from 3,750sqft to 7,500sqft now remain to let/for sale at the 70,000 sq ft five-block business park, which is now home to more than 13 companies, employing more than 500 staff.
The Sheffield office of Knight Frank and Campbell & Co are marketing the remaining space at Meadowhall Business Park which is located opposite IKEA, less than one mile from junction 34 of the M1, two miles from Junction 33 of the M1, within six miles of the M1/M18 intersection and 25 miles of the M1/M62 intersection.
