CBRE’s Office Agency team in Manchester has been appointed by Orchard Street Investment Management as joint agents alongside Colliers International to market Bauhaus, a prime Grade A re-modelled office building on Quay Street in the heart of Manchester’s business core.
Bauhaus, located close to Spinningfields and the St John’s Quarter, has recently undergone a complete transformation. The building has been re-modelled and upgraded to deliver creative and functional office space to meet the changing needs of the modern workforce.
The nine-storey property offers more than 50,000 sq ft of office space alongside a host of modern facilities on every floor, including a new reception area, a full tenant concierge service, a ground floor business lounge designed for collaborative and co-working needs, as well as a new bespoke cycling and shower hub, a very strong parking provision and electric vehicle charging points.
The building has been designed as a WELL enabled building whilst achieving Platinum Wired Score and Cycle Score ratings. Planning consent has also been submitted for a roof terrace to further improve the wellbeing of tenants.
Jonathan Cook Associate Director at CBRE Manchester, said;
“We are delighted to be appointed as joints agents to work alongside Colliers on such a stylish and modern property. Since its re-launch, Bauhaus now offers some of the most contemporary and well-located office accommodation in the city. The ground floor business lounge provides a unique offering, allowing for variety and choice to be introduced to the working day. Bauhaus really is redefining the workplace with a lot of interest in the building already.”
