The commercial property team at Michelmores LLP have completed a 10 year lease on a new office building at Turnpike House, Methuen Park, Chippenham for Bechtle Direct Limited, a UK based German owned IT solutions provider, at an annual rental of around £145,000.
Bechtle Direct trade in IT hardware and software products, selling to businesses and public sector organisations across Europe with a turnover of 2 billion Euros and over 5,500 employees.
Michelmores partner David Howe negotiated the Agreement for Lease, with solicitor Lucy Tucker handling the granting of the new lease and a variation to the lease following the installation of photovoltaic panels on the building.
