Morris Property is pleased to announce the latest investment sale of trade counter premises at their Vanguard Park development, Shrewsbury.
Acting on behalf of Morris Property, commercial property agents Towler Shaw Roberts have successfully sold Unit 12, which has been let since 2007 on a 15 year lease to fancy-dress costume supplier, Play & Party. The investment has been sold at an asking price of £245,000 with a local private pension fund acquiring the long leasehold interest.
Craig Henn, agent at Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “This was one of the first lettings on the development and the tenants have seen Vanguard Park expand dramatically during the past five years. With every new phase and tenant, the development grows in popularity and has anchored itself as Shrewsbury’s premier trade park location.”
A further four phases of trade counters are scheduled to be constructed at the trade park, the latest of which is now underway. Towler Shaw Roberts have further investments at Vanguard Park under offer and expect to announce sales shortly.
