Space at Junction 28 of the M1 on both sides of the Motorway continues to be much sought after, as proved by an off-market deal concluded by Tim Gilbertson of FHP.
Tim Gilbertson takes up the story: “It was great to let quickly this surplus space of 27,000ft² just off the A38 at Junction 28 on behalf of long term clients. When asked to market the space, as always I immediately approached a most likely party to take the building and was therefore able to quickly show them round, agree terms and instruct solicitors without the need for boards, marketing or indeed any additional cost being incurred on behalf of clients. It is always particularly satisfying to conclude a deal in this way as it is our market knowledge which is key and enables us to fill space where others can sometimes struggle.
The deal concluded sees local distribution company Silver X take further space and we wish them well with their expansion into the building
With space at a premium around Junction 28 and design and build deals being concluded on a freehold and leasehold basis still there is good underlying demand for both space to rent and purchase.
