Cushman & Wakefield, the global property consultant, has appointed leading corporate real estate executive Simon Ward, as a partner in its EMEA Corporate Occupier & Investor Services (CIS) team in London.
With over 30 years’ experience in the European and global corporate real estate industry, Simon has held several senior roles including Regional Director of Corporate Real Estate at Jones Lang Wootton/LaSalle; Global Head of Corporate Real Estate and Services at Deutsche Bank and most recently, Group Property Director at Barclays Plc.
Simon will be responsible for developing and growing Cushman & Wakefield’s CIS platform servicing clients across the EMEA region in line with the firm’s five-year strategic plan.

This latest appointment is part of an ongoing strategic recruitment initiative across Cushman & Wakefield. Recent senior appointments within Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA CIS team this year include; Andrew Smart, new head of facilities management who joined from MACE; Markus Reinert, head of Asset Management and Investor services who joined from JLL, and James Crisp, Account management partner from Capita Symonds.
