A Polish family company providing products designed to help people get a good night’s sleep has taken space on a Salisbury trading estate.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully brokered a deal for Unit 17, Harnham Trading Estate, which is owned by Legal & General’s Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF).
Senso-Rex Ltd has agreed a five-year deal on the 2,202 sq ft factory/warehouse premises for which the quoting rent was £15,000 per annum.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Previously Manchester-based Senso-Rex Ltd makes therapeutic products to help people sleep, the best known of which is the Weighted Blanket.
The firm’s Weighted Blankets are mainly recommended for children with Sensory Integration Disorder, sleep problems and hyperactivity, as well as adults with the symptoms of insomnia, stress and depression.
“Senso-Rex Ltd was seeking a base in the Salisbury area and Harnham Trading Estate, one of the city’s most well-established and popular industrial/warehouse developments, proved ideal.”
Located at Netherhampton Road (B3094), linking with the A36 on the south west side of Salisbury, the estate is particularly conveniently placed to serve the city and beyond.
It comprises a range of factory/warehouse units with cavity brick/blockwork elevations and profile sheet metal cladding with insulated fibre cement roofs.
