Savills, on behalf of Limesquare Business Parks Ltd, has let Unit 10 at Limesquare Business Park on Alma Road in Grantham to H20 Leisure Group Ltd.
The boat sale and brokerage company has agreed to a new three-year lease for 2,790 sq ft (259 sq m) of industrial space.
