Three years after its initial launch, Southampton’s Unity Brewing Co has outgrown its current premises and is relocating its fast-growing business to Princes Street, just a mile from the City Centre.
The new premises are located on the corner of Princes Street and Coburg Street, with easy access to the City Centre and the motorway network. The property is a standalone warehouse of almost 4,000 sq ft which has undergone a substantial refurbishment programme in recent months. It is also situated within a secure gated yard, making it well suited to Unity Brewing.
Fit out work has now begun to transform the space with the full relocation taking place in the coming weeks.
Tom Holloway of Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell comments: “There has been a significant increase in the micro brewery sector and finding appropriate space can take time given the lack of supply across the south coast. It’s great to have been able to secure Princes Street for Unity Brewing. We are looking forward to seeing the final fit out completed and tap room set up as the business continues to expand its popular craft beer selection.”
