NG Chartered Surveyors has secured a deal to help an online learning firm change the way it delivers it products and services to clients.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Charlotte Steggles at NG brokered a deal to let Unit 3b Colwick Quays in Nottingham to Nisai Leaning – a national online educator for children between the ages of 11-16.
Charlotte said: “This has been another great team effort from NG. After I secured the letting, the landlord instructed by collegue James McArthur to take over the management of the unit.
“The key to this deal was speed; once we had secured the agency and management instructions we acted rapidly to secure a tenant for our landlord and mitigated a void period for our very satisfied client.”
Nick Robin, Programme Delivery Director at Nisai Learning, said: “We were looking to move from our previous premises in central Nottingham as we were changing the model of delivery to the young people involved in our centre, and would be working with a smaller number of students.
“We also wanted a site that encouraged the thought of careers and jobs in the young people, so that they could see business all around them, and gain a flavour of their possible job situation in the future.
“The public transport access is eccellent to our new offices is excellent and we now have a centre that is modern and attractive to visitors from both the UK and overseas.
“The move means we will be able to develop the new strategy and business plan in an ideal location, and with long term agreements, meaning the business is poised for future expansion and success.”
Robin added: “Charlotte at NG has been really helpful, and has answered all our many questions and queries with alacrity and patience. She has been very understanding about our requirements, and has introduced us to the landlord so that good relationships can be built up immediately.”
