Nolan Redshaw have confirmed that the last remaining unit at J2 Business Park in Bury has now been let, which now means the site with total capacity of 98,475 sq. ft. is fully occupied.
Jonathan Pickles of Nolan Redshaw stated “We are pleased to agree the letting of the remaining 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse at J2 Business Centre on behalf of our Clients B & E Boys.
“The site is a good location off Junction 2 of the M66 Motorway, we are delighted to see the site now fully let, following an extensive refurb from our Clients.“
