Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has made four Group Partner promotions from its Infrastructure & Energy, Planning & Development and Rural teams. The four are: Nick Marshall, Birmingham; Jess McSweeney, London; Christopher Rhodes, Oxford; and Chris Turner, Winchester.
Marshall joined Carter Jonas in 2017 and sits in the Infrastructure & Energy team. Based out of the firm’s Birmingham office, he has over a decade of experience acting for residential and commercial developers and landowners affected by utilities crossing their proposed development sites.
McSweeney is based in Carter Jonas’ UK headquarters, One Chapel Place, London. An associate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, she has over 10 years’ experience advising on residential and mixed-use schemes as well as commercial and industrial developments in Central London and across the south east of England.
Rhodes and Turner are members of the firm’s Rural team. Rhodes joined Carter Jonas in 2014 and works out of its Oxford office. He focuses predominately on formal ‘Red Book’ valuations of agricultural properties and estates for a range of purposes including secured lending, taxation and matrimonial matters.
Turner joined the firm as a graduate surveyor. He provides management and professional services advice to private clients across Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Sussex, specialising in the strategic and day-to-day direction of rural countryside estates.
Mark Granger, Chief Executive, Carter Jonas, said: “It is extremely heartening to announce these four promotions to Group Partner. As a business, we continue to add an increasing number of skills to our offering, and these individuals demonstrate not only the calibre of our people but the depth and breadth of the services that we provide. I extend my warmest congratulations to the four new Partners and thank them for all of their hard work.”
