Rich Thomas has joined the Cushman & Wakefield residential team in London as a Partner from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Thomas joins the firm to further the growth of the residential team and will have a specific focus on institutions and corporate clients. He will be working closely with complementary commercial teams within Cushman & Wakefield, including offices and retail experts, to advise on and deliver effective mixed-use assets and developments.

Cushman & Wakefield’s UK residential team’s services include New Homes, Land & Development, Investment & PRS, International Project Marketing, and Valuation. The multidisciplinary team includes surveyors, sales specialists, search agents, researchers and experts in international investment. Key development clients include Aberdeen Standard, National Grid, SGN, DTZ Investors, and Travis Perkins.
