Property consultants Vail Williams LLP have expanded further in Surrey with the appointment of surveyor Claudia Harley.
Claudia joins the firm’s acquisitions and disposal team as Surveyor (Level 2) from Lewis & Co in south west London, where she worked for two years as a graduate surveyor.
Her new role based at Vail Williams’ office in Woking, will see her work alongside partners Matt Clarke and Steve New, advising occupiers, landlords, developers and investors on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.
Her appointment brings the total number of people based at Vail Williams in Woking to 15 and follows on from the firm’s acquisition of Chertsey-based New Ballerino late last year.

Claudia is experienced in the letting and sale of office, retail and industrial properties, with particular knowledge of the south west London market where she was involved in the acquisition of a large owner-occupied office in Twickenham and achieved the highest rental figure ever in the Wimbledon Village office market.
She joins the firm six months on from its acquisition of New Ballerino, during which time Vail Williams has increased its instruction base to encompass over 500,000 sq ft of office and industrial property across Surrey.

Claudia, who recently achieved her APC including Level 3 Valuation, will work alongside newly promoted surveyor, Elliot McNish – one of ten promotions made by the firm across its offices in Birmingham, Crawley, Reading, London, Southampton and Portsmouth at the start of June.
She started on 17th June.
Vail Williams provides property advice for both the public and private sector, as well as private individuals, acting for landlords, occupiers, investors and developers on a broad range of issues from lease advice, property valuation and planning permissions, to asset management and property acquisition and disposal.
The firm has several offices including Reading, Heathrow, London, Woking and Crawley, as well as Southampton, Portsmouth and Birmingham.
