Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Development & Planning team in Newcastle with the appointment of Charlotte Tucker as Planner.
Charlotte gained her Chartered RTPI membership earlier this year and brings four years’ planning consultancy experience from her time at George F. White in Durham.
In her new role, she will be working with the Planning team to expand its presence across the North East and will be responsible for planning appeals, applications and public consultations as well as supporting the wider team.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Development & Planning team in Newcastle has worked on a wide range of key development projects across the North East including the redevelopment of the former Newcastle General Hospital site and the release of surplus land assets across the region for both public and private sector clients.
