Ella Woodward has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Development & Planning team in Leeds as a Senior Surveyor.
She joins from GVA (now Avison Young) where she was part of the Manchester-based Development Consulting team, advising private and public sector clients across the North West on a range of development schemes.
Ella was previously with Colliers International and holds a First class Masters in Planning and Real Estate from the University of Manchester.
In her new role she will using her development consultancy experience to provide advice to existing and new clients. She will be supporting on retained advisory mandates including Enterprise Zones, HS2 masterplanning and large-scale residential sites as well as supporting with the growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s Economic Development and Appraisal offer.
She will report to Ben Pretty, Partner, Development & Planning in Leeds.

Cushman & Wakefield has an 11-strong Development & Planning team in Leeds which works with a range of public and private sector clients including the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, Leeds City Council, Kirklees Council and Harworth Estates.
