Real estate investor and manager Cromwell Property Group has promoted Jitse Mulder to Head of Property Management Europe.
In this role, Jitse will undertake strategic leadership responsibilities and improve collaboration of teams working across Europe, with a focus on driving Cromwell’s “Tenant is King” philosophy. Additionally, he will develop and promote a consistent platform-wide approach in conjunction with local property managers and leveraging existing relationships with Cromwell’s tenant customers.

Jitse joined Cromwell Property Group in 2003 as a controller in the Finance & Control department, progressing to Property Finance Manager and since 2016 acting as Head of Property Management, Benelux. Jitse has gained extensive experience and unrivalled knowledge of the European property sector during his time at Cromwell which will be integral in his new role.
Jitse has a degree in Management, Economics and Law from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
