An ambitious tech company is on track to expand its business after signing a 10-year lease on offices in Birmingham city centre, national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced.
uTrack Software Solutions, which operates in the passenger transport sector, is relocating to the impressive ‘Shoreditch style’ offices at Bennett’s Hill House.
Bennett’s Hill House, a prominent 20,000 sq ft office building, has been transformed into a unique ‘urban chic’ building with an extensive refurbishment of the interior and exterior. A high-speed broadband connection has also been provided for tenants.
LSH was appointed joint marketing agent for the five-storey building.
