Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has let over 6,000 sq ft of industrial units on six-year leases taking Follifoot Ridge Business Park, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, to full occupancy.
A private individual took Unit 10 (2,400 sq ft) for personal storage. BR Exclusive, an automotive specialist, took Unit 11 (1,200 sq ft). Finally, due to business expansion, Vehicle Safety & Warning Distribution Limited took Unit 12 (2,400 sq ft).
Follifoot Ridge Business Park lies south of Harrogate, with good access to the A1(M). The park provides high quality light industrial units, suitable for a range of uses – from to storage to manufacturing and distribution.
