Savills, on behalf of Crossacre Properties Ltd, has let office space at Kings Hall at St Ives Business Park in Parsons Green, St Ives, Cambridge to Woof and Brew Ltd.
The award winning pet treats company, who specialise in healthy tonics and treats for animals such as Pawsecco and herbal dog teas, has agreed to a new 5.5-year lease for 2,050 sq ft (190 sq m) on the ground floor of the three storey building.
