Global property technology company, Equiem, has announced that highly respected CRE Tech leaders, Antony Slumbers and Linda J. Isaacson, have joined the firm’s Advisory Board. The pair will help provide Equiem’s leadership team with strategic guidance, particularly in relation to the company’s ongoing global expansion, as well as advising on both new and existing product lines.
The announcement follows the recent appointments of Jon Lesquereux as Regional Head for APAC and Deborah Greenwood-Smith as Chief Operating Officer, as Equiem continues to grow its position as the world’s leading tenant experience technology and services provider. The company is also expected to announce a range of new product lines and market-leading features on its app throughout 2019, which is already used by over 137,000 people, working in 8,900 companies across 60 million sq ft of commercial space worldwide.
Linda J. Isaacson is First American Title’s Senior Vice President, Director of Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics for the National Commercial Services Division. Linda serves as Chair of The Global Exchange Council of Urban Land Institute and is a member of the Pension and Real Estate Association (PREA), a non-profit trade organization for the global institutional real estate investment industry where she sits on PREA’s Research Affinity Group. She is a member of the CRETech Leadership Board that provides a platform with important insights on the most impactful industry technology trends. Linda was a winner of Connect Media’s New York 2018 Annual Women in Real Estate Awards, and has been distinguished as one of Real Estate New York’s “Women of Influence”, Sokol Media’s “Pioneering Women in Real Estate” and “Top Woman in Real Estate.” She is also a member of WX, Inc., New York’s Leading Women Executives in Real Estate and in July 2018 was recognized as one of the Top 150 Commercial Real Estate People To Connect With on LinkedIn®, as well as being named on The Duke Long #CRE and #TECH Power 100 in August 2018.
Antony Slumbers has been a software development and technology strategist in commercial real estate since 1995. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and exited several proptech software companies. Now, he consults and works with real estate boards on transformation, technology and innovation. He writes an influential blog, is a well known public speaker, and is a globally recognised expert on CRE Tech, and space-as-a-service. He is a member of the CREtech Leadership Board and was named in Duke Long’s annual Top 100 List as ‘No 1 Non-US CRE Blog & Person to follow on Twitter’.
