Property consultancy Harris Lamb has announced three key promotions across its Residential Land, Planning and Management departments.
Head of Residential Land Chris Jones has been promoted to a Director having joined the business three years ago, tasked with establishing the department. Over that time, the team has developed to oversee a significant number of land sales and acquisitions to fulfil the ongoing need for new housing throughout the UK.
Sam Silcocks, who has been with the business since November 2013, has also been made a Director within the planning consultancy, while Tina Cannon, who joined the team in 2017 as it launched the residential arm of its successful property management department, has been promoted to Senior Residential Property Manager.
Patrick Downes, Director, said: “These are three very well-deserved promotions. Sam has been a valuable member of the planning team for over five years and has played an important part in expanding the team’s portfolio of instructions and clients, while Chris and Tina both joined the business tasked with establishing new departments and have helped make them a success.
“They have all demonstrated a great deal of dedication and commitment to the business during their time with Harris Lamb, strengthening our offering, and they’re all highly valued.
“Each department has developed with their input and we look forward to working with them further drive forward with our plans to further grow the business and its service offering.”
