Avison Young has made twelve senior promotions within its Manchester office.
Russ Cairns and Ian Lane in the building team, Andrew Johnston and Conor Vallelly in the planning team and Adam Wildig in investment are now all in director roles.
Their colleagues Philip Grant, Elizabeth McFadyean, Paul Nellist, Alice Routledge and Rhian Smith in the planning team, Daniel Shields in building consultancy and Rhys Evans in the offices team have all been appointed to associate positions.

Across the wider business, Avison Young has made 42 promotions in its Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London and Manchester offices.
Avison Young acquired property consultant, GVA in November 2018 and now operates entirely under the Avison Young brand.
