Bulleys Chartered Surveyors in Oldbury have let an industrial unit on the Lye Business Centre to Industratech Limited.
The premises extend to approximately 712 sq ft (66 sq m) and comprises of an office, WC facilities, and an open span warehouse.
Acting on behalf of the landlord, Angela Holland of Bulleys stated, “Lye Business Centre appears to be becoming more popular with new start-up or small businesses at present. We are delighted to have agreed a lease to Industratech Limited, to help expand their business.”
