Thursfields Solicitors marked its first day in its new Black Country offices in Halesowen with the completion of its third corporate deal in a month.
Corporate director Philip Chapman and solicitor Shauna Halls advised Vision Corporate Services Ltd in Stourbridge on its sale to Cheshire-based inTec Business Solutions.
Mr Chapman said: “Established in 2007, Vision Corporate Services has quickly grown to become one of the UK’s leading business telecommunications suppliers. From its head office in Stourbridge, the business supports an expanding customer base of SMEs and larger corporates across the UK.
“Becoming a partner of inTec will further strengthen its offering, allowing the business to expand its portfolio to include larger scale business optimisation solutions.”

inTec has received investment from Maven Equity Finance/The Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund allowing it to scale its network and fuel a recruitment drive to further strengthen the team. Acquisition funding from growth capitalists, Boost & Co. has enabled the acquisition of Vision Corporate Services.

The sale of Vision Corporate Services follows Thursfields’ work advising Amvar in Cradley Heath on its sale to Dunstall Holdings Ltd, and the sale of Biocensus in Bath to RSK Group Ltd.
