A local research consultancy is expanding its business, and has taken two additional units at Southglade Business Park in Nottingham, in a deal secured by Innes England.
Sensory Dimensions is a leading sensory science and consumer research consultancy, which offers a full range of sensory and consumer research techniques and product testing for food and drink, personal care, pharmaceutical products and other fast moving consumer goods.
The company, which was established 23years ago in Reading, expanded its operation to Nottingham 5years ago occupying two units on the popular business park. Due to the unprecedented growth of the business, the company has now expanded in to a further two offices, totaling 3,848 sq ft.
Dr Tracey Hollowood from Sensory Dimensions said: “We are delighted with these two units which will complement our existing Nottingham facility. This will support our growing business needs in delivering additional sensory testing. I would like to thank the team at Innes England for making the acquisition process as smooth as possible”.
Scott Osborne from Innes England, who handled negotiations on behalf of the landlord said: “Despite tricky office market conditions and the limited transactions that we are currently experiencing, I am delighted to announce the successful sale of these two units within Southglade Business Park.
“It is good to see a local company expanding and I am sure that this acquisition pays testament to the hard work which Sensory Dimensions has undertaken over the last 5 years in Nottingham and I wish Tracey and her team at Sensory Dimensions all the best in the future”.
