Trebor Developments, working in conjunction with its partner, Hillwood, have submitted a Reserved Matters planning application for their two-unit industrial speculative scheme, at Aero Centre Yorkshire, following exchange of contracts with Peel Land and Property (Peel L&P).
The units of 45,876 sq ft and 59,159 sq ft will be developed over the next 12 months, providing quality industrial accommodation suitable for B1/B2 and B8 uses, the area benefitting from excellent road access and adjacent to the rapidly expanding airport.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor Developments, commented: “We look forward to working with the planning authority and other representatives to secure planning and proceeding with speculative development thereafter to deliver mid-range quality units, which will be attractive to a wide range of occupiers”.
Trebor Developments and Hillwood are represented by Knight Frank and Commercial Property Partners, Sheffield offices.
