Ashby London Trustees Ltd, advised by Anton Page and niche City fringe agency Belchak Corin & Co, has completed a letting to CX Partners for offices at Cairo Studios, Nile Street in Shoreditch, London E1.
User experience design consultancy CX Partners, has signed a five-year lease, with three-year tenant only break, on second floor offices comprising 1,938 sq ft. The tenant is paying £92,055 pa, which equates to £47.50 per sq ft, with four months rent free.
Cairo Studios is a former Victorian warehouse with a colourful history, which has been fully refurbished and provides bright, open plan accommodation.
