Marketing agency RAPP Code, a subsidiary of Omnicom, will occupy the entire first floor of the building, comprising 12,315 sq ft, on a new 10-year lease.
Located in the heart of the Gatwick diamond, Galleria is a four-minute walk from Crawley train station, just eight minutes from Gatwick Airport and 45 minutes from central London.
Paul Tomlinson, Group Finance Director for RAPP UK, comments: “The RAPP Code management team made the decision to move offices from Manor Royal to the town centre to give access to better transport links and amenities whilst remaining close to the airport. It’s beneficial to our business to be able to offer a more vibrant location for our talent and future talent. With cafés, restaurants, gyms and shops on the doorstep, we believe the town centre offers many more options to our staff to enrich their working lives. The Galleria offers flexible, refurbished office space with a smart reception area and good facilities. The Galleria meets all of our requirements including scope for growth and in good proximity to the benefits of a central location.”
Will Foster, Partner at Knight Frank, adds: “This is a landmark letting for Galleria and Crawley’s town centre office market. The occupier has chosen to upgrade their premises by moving to Galleria, reflecting the quality of the refurbishment and the staff-led “pull” of access to the town centre, providing multi-modal public transport and the excellent range of shopping and amenities. Galleria is attracting significant interest and we look forward to making further announcements shortly.”
Galleria offers a further 29,500 sq ft in units from 4,000 sq ft upwards.
