The units will benefit from high footfall from L&G’s Build To Rent scheme which will be delivered in September 2019.
Ed Purcell, Director of Creative Retail said: “We’re delighted to be working with some of the most vibrant and well-known retail schemes in Birmingham. The retail sector has undergone numerous changes over the last few years but one thing which has remained is the appeal of schemes which can offer consumers a USP, whether that be the artisan retailers at GWA or the lively atmosphere of the Arcadian.”
