Merseyside commercial property specialist LM6 has sold Unit 3 Puma Court in Knowsley to St Helens-based Jennor Group Holdings for £490,000.
The 4,000 sq ft HQ office unit is on the popular Kings Business Park in Knowsley and was previously owned by UK Properties, a Guernsey-based investment company.
The building, which has undergone a full refurbishment, will become Jennor’s new regional headquarters as the workplace design company relocates from St Helens.
Commenting on the deal Phil Morley for LM6 said: “Given the subdued office take-up figures in the City Region we bought this unit to market following a comprehensive refurbishment programme and the success of the scheme demonstrates the importance of a proactive asset management and disposal strategy to secure best value.“
Neil Kirkham at CBRE were joints agents on the scheme and Jennor was represented by Mark Canning at Canning O’Neill.
