Following the successful lettings last year of two suites within Prideaux Court, Vickery Holman has now let the fourth floor, meaning only one available floor remains.
Last year Enterprise Plymouth took a new lease of the entire ground floor, while the first floor was let later in the year to Network Healthcare Professionals. Both leases were based on an initial 5-year term. The fourth floor office suite was let to Deep Blue Sound this month providing 1,810 sq ft floor of high quality open plan space for the firm.
Prideaux Court is an attractive office building situated close to The Barbican in Plymouth’s City Centre. The building is located on the junction between Palace Street and Buckwell Street and is well positioned between the main retail sector and the historic Barbican area, as well as being close to the Magistrates Court and Plymouth City Council’s Civic Centre.
Josh Gunn of Vickery Holman’s Plymouth office comments “Prideaux Court is a prominent building providing quality office accommodation with lift access and off road parking spaces. The speed of these recent lettings showcases the building’s popularity with a diverse range of occupiers. Due to the properties location we feel the space could benefit professional firms of solicitors, architects, agencies or graphic designers.
The second floor accommodation which measures approximately 1,500 sq ft is presented such that occupation is possible with minimal fit out costs, while the quoting rent of £14,500 per annum exclusive (£9.68 per sq ft) is very competitive for this standard of office space. Further incentives such as stepped rental packages are available, subject to negotiation”.
