Leisure property specialist Fleurets has announced that Anna James has joined their professional services team.
Working from the London office, Anna joins Fleurets as a Senior Surveyor and will be advising clients on valuation and lease consultancy matters across the licensed and leisure sectors. Anna will work across Central and Greater London as well as the Home Counties and the South East.
Having graduated from Durham University with a modern languages degree, Anna spent a year working in Paris, undertaking valuations of office, retail and industrial properties. Anna then returned to London where she worked for JLL in National, and then Pan-European Capital Markets. Anna passed her RICS Assessment of Professional Competence in May 2018 and has worked on the sales and acquisitions of a number of single assets and European office portfolios since.
