A premium quality bedding firm has leased a large space retail showroom in a prominent Salisbury city centre trading position.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated a deal on 84 Fisherton Street, a modern building with a service yard and parking.
The ground floor showroom, which has a net sales area of 6,476 sq ft (601.62 sq m), has been acquired by KRS Bedding.
KSR Bedding agreed a 10-year lease at a rent of £52,000 per annum.
Myddelton & Major Partner Simon Lee said: “I was not surprised to see this rare opportunity to lease a large space retail showroom in a city centre trading position snapped up quickly.
“Simon Bailey has opened a new premium quality bed shop in the property which occupies a prominent corner plot trading position fronting Fisherton Street – a busy link between the city centre and the railway station.
“The showroom is a perfect fit for such a business as the premises comprise a ground floor retail showroom with a return window display frontage and large open plan sales area.”
