Bulleys, the leading Midlands industrial and commercial property consultancy, has recruited another experienced Black Country surveyor to its expanding Management Department.
Ian Appleby has joined Bulleys after more than 30 years of working in both the residential and commercial property management sector.
He spent the last 19 years working as a commercial property surveyor at Lex Allan in Stourbridge.
Steve Perriton, a partner at Bulleys who leads the Management Department, said: “We’re pleased to have attracted Ian to our company as he will be an experienced addition to our team of management surveyors.
“He brings with him a wealth of capability at dealing with a portfolio of private management clients across a range of investment properties including retail, industrial and offices.
“As Bulleys continues to expand, we’re keen to welcome seasoned professionals like Ian whose knowledge and contacts will really help the business and our management clients.”
Mr Appleby is a keen sports fan and in his spare time is a local league football referee.
He said: “Bulleys has a great reputation as one of the Midlands’ most active and respected companies in the industrial and commercial property sector, and I’m delighted to have joined them.”
