Lincoln-based conveyancing specialists, Fletcher Longstaff has moved to its fourth office in four years after another year of business growth.
The firm’s Burton Waters office move sees them move next door to a 3,000 sq ft space, housing their team of ten members with room to expand further.
Founder and Managing Director, Adam Cheal, said: “We’re really excited to be moving into our new premises. After four years of moves, we’re hoping this is our permanent home. Our aim to be the leading conveyancer in the East Midlands and beyond by focusing on customer experience and technology means we now offer those working with us an easier, less stressful experience.
“Traditionally, conveyancing has been one of the key moments in a property buying process that hold up the completion. Through our focus on streamlining services, such as adopting e-signatures, providing customers with apps and leaning towards an all-digital approach, we are able to turn round files much more quickly.
“The conveyancing world is due a shake-up and the fact that we are expanding this quickly is evidence that these changes are welcome.”
The office features new breakout areas and private client meeting spaces as well as aesthetic features such as a living wall, information screens and contemporary lighting.
The design and refurbishment of the new offices were completed by Lincoln-based APSS. New signage and lighting were installed by Lincoln’s Allen Signs.
Fletcher Longstaff is continuing to make waves within conveyancing, winning Best Small Conveyancing Firm of the Year at the LFS Conveyancing Awards 2018 as well as Gold for the Midlands category at the ESTA Conveyancer Awards.
