M and P Direct have acquired further warehouse space at Glynstell Park for the new Ducati / BMW franchise. The letting comes following their recent opening of their Harley Davidson franchise which is located on the same park. The 72,438 sq ft park underwent an extensive refurbishment by the owners Ashfield Land in early 2018 and has gone from vacant to fully occupied in under 10 months following completion of the works. The park is also home to 3 Sixty, a print and design company from Cardiff, who relocated into their new 27,919 sq ft headquarters in December 2018.
Matthew Jones, Fletcher Morgan, who acted for Ashfield Land says “The quick nature of the deals highlights the demand for good quality warehouse space in Cardiff. Ashfield Land have been rewarded for their investment with a good quality incoming producing asset that they have added to their already extensive portfolio in South Wales.”
Nick Scott, Director at Ashfield Land, added “We are delighted M and P have chosen Glynstell Park to continue their business expansion. The decision to invest in the Park and undertake a comprehensive refurbishment has been justified in the fact it is now fully let.”
