Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, jointly with GVA, has agreed a new lease on behalf of a private investor at Bowerhill Industrial Estate in Melksham, Wiltshire, with infiLED, specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of LED screens.
InfiLED will occupy the entirety of Datum House, a 9,500 sq ft purpose-built office and warehouse unit set within a self-contained site. The front section of the building is comprised of an air-conditioned reception and office areas, with suspended ceilings and double glazed windows. To the rear lies the warehousing, which is supported by loading facilities and access to an undercroft.
Alison Williams, Associate Partner, Carter Jonas said: “Units offering a blend of both office and warehouse accommodation are increasingly in demand. Bowerhill Industrial Estate is becoming increasingly popular given the new link road and improvements to the A350 as well as the new take out facilities offered by Starbucks and Greggs. InfiLED will be alongside other market leaders on the estate including Screwfix and Travis Perkins.”
Bowerhill Industrial Estate is adjacent to the A350, which provides the main north-south route through West Wiltshire, and affords access to Junction 17 of the M4.
