Acting on behalf of Mutley Properties, FHP Property Consultants have recently concluded the sale of 4 Phoenix Business Park to the National Education Union, the largest education union in Europe, supporting and representing more than 450,000 members. The property has been acquired as an office and training function.

There is now close to full occupancy at Junction 26 of the M1 motorway following a string of transactions at Phoenix Business Park and Nottingham Business Park”.
