Expanding organics recycling firm Eco Sustainable Solutions has appointed two new account managers.
Mel Western will specialise in the Parley-based company’s equestrian products while Sally Spencer will handle a range of Eco’s products including compost, soil and mulch.
Mel attended Talbot Heath School and Parkstone Grammar School before studying economics at the University of Southampton.
While at Southampton she managed the university’s equestrian team and was also a member of the squad, competing at regional level against other universities in the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Equestrian League.
A keen horsewoman, she owns a 15.2 hands high (hh) thoroughbred cross veteran and a homebred two year old warmblood.
Sally is a former student at Wimborne’s Queen Elizabeth’s School and still lives in the Minster town.
She previously worked for a local training provider delivering National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’s) across the UK.
Founded in 1994, Eco now employs 50 people and has an annual turnover of £10 million.
Based at the Renewable Energy Centre in Parley, Dorset, Eco owns and operates the UK’s leading purpose-built site for organics recycling and renewable energy generation, processing over 250,000 tonnes of organic material each year.
